Many many years ago I worked for PetCo. One of my favorite jobs as a teenager. I was fortunate to be on a store opening team and really got to see the full potential of a store when operating "to the T" of corporate guidelines. This store has consistently been a great example of what PetCo stands for in service, products, and knowledge. Every visit the I have made the store has been faced, clean, stocked, and operated by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Which, especially in these very recent times, is very difficult. This store and all that operate it are doing and excellent job. Leaps and bounds ahead of their local competition. Walking into the competitors and comparing the two is most easily understood comparing the experience you'd have checking into the Ritz Carlton versus that of the check in at a Motel 6. Just two different playing fields, apples and oranges.
