Very knowledgeable, reasonable prices and good communication. I bought a used copier from Mel several years ago with detailed needs. He was patient and found the perfect system for my office that is running great. I asked for his help with some new mailing equipment as well, complicated machine, he found the issue quickly. Nice to work with, I would definitely recommend Mel for your business!

Mel is AWESOME!!!!! Printer was repaired in no time. Quality and Efficient work-100 Stars! He's so knowledgeable about technology. He was able to tell me what was wrong just by seeing the pic I sent him. OMG!!!! I will definitely recommend Scribe Tech services to anyone without doubt!!!

Great guy. He came took a look at a printer that had been left in my office when I first leased it. MEL gave me different options including replacing it. My printer was old and it would have been a waste of money to repair it. He even helped me carry the printer from my second floor down to the dump. I'm would definitely recommend working with him

Would highly recommend Mel of Scribe Tech!! He was able to help me quickly and went above and beyond to fix our printer... got the part that day, installed it and returned the printer to us all cleaned up and working wonderfully!
