Harbor Mart Check Cashing

Someone from this  business hacked my Walmart.com account and had items shipped to them illegally. I got my money back from PayPal, but I would be very careful if you are planning to share any personal info with this location. An L. Lori signed for the package, but I do not know if they are the person who ordered it or not. Either way, don't share personal info with anyone at this location.

Made sure to let me know they couldn't cash a check if it was not endorsed in front of them.. failed to tell me there was a proximity limitation.. So I found out the hard way because my address in Huntington Beach was apparently uncashable

Customer services is very bad. I called to get info on the currency exchanged to send money to mexico and the owner just hung up me. Its very true about this reviews. I dont know how the hell is this person still in business. Theres no need for one star. I would give this business a negative zero.

If I could do zero stars I absolutely would. I had called Western Union directly today for them to provide me a Western Union location that would be able to cash out $6800 because I know how hard it is to find one and I was instructed by the 4th store I tried calling to contact them directly and they would be able to tell me if a location can or not. Which by the way, their information on what location can cash out however much money is wayyyy off. So they gave me the contact information for Harbor Mart Check Cashing. The first SIX time I called the lady answering the phones would pick up and I could hear her speaking to someone else and then after a minute or so of her doing that, she would then put the phone towards her face and either say "Hello" with no introduction of the place you were calling and hang up immediately or she would just hang up right away. Finally on my 7th call to them, her answering once again with just "Hello", and AGAIN after her taking a couple minutes after picking up the phone and speaking to whomever she was speaking to each time, she finally spoke to me somewhat. I asked what the cap was on receiving money from someone and I believe she said $1,000 or $1,200 (which was different than the $6,800 I was told by Western Union of course which was fine and why I called to verify). I started to ask her if I had several payments sent in the amount of $1,000 or $1,200 (whichever it was they said they could do), if they could pay it out. Before I could finish asking my question she just hung up the phone without saying anything or bye. Just nothing. I called back 3 more times and it was back to picking up the phone, speaking to someone else there without saying hello please hold or acknowledging the person you just answered the phone for and wouldn't you know it........she yet AGAIN hung up without saying anything to me 3 more times. 4th time I call, AGAIN she is speaking to someone else when she picks up the phone, and doesn't acknowledges the call she just picked up with saying "Hello, Please hold", or anything at all. When she was done with her conversation, I said hello I had just called and spoke to her and was wanting to know if I could get more than one payment sent for the allowable amount. She said she had too many calls and I would need to come down there for her to answer the question I just asked and then hung up. I called back again and she picked up and just sat there not saying anything. I asked why I would need to come down there, just for her to answer that simple question. She hung up again. I called a final two more times as she hung up each time. She should not be on phones or speaking with customers is that is how she chooses to act.
