I come here every morning and order the same drink. My mom has to drive back every morning thru the drive thru because they can't make a white chocolate mocha with 6 pumps. I've been inside and I've watched them make other people's drink and their over here not even putting full pumps. Today I asked the guy to put 3 dollars in cash and 3 dollars from my debit card to put onto my Starbucks card and then to pay with my Starbucks card but they guy just paid woth my debit card I didn't get my Starbucks points and when I asked y he did that he said he didn't know obviously if he was paying attention he would of did it correctly. He spent more time decorating his name tag than making sure my coffee was made correctly.

This location closes at 9:00 pm, not 10:00 pm like the listed hours state. :(

The bathroom was not clean and there was no hand soap.
