Staying home home with all kids and the dogs lately has really gotten the carpets dirty. I called Richard with Dr. Carpet and explained the condition and that there were several pet stains. He explained the process and said they have a great pet stain remover with deodorizer for the carpet. It seem to have worked like magic. We are moving today to our new place and the carpet looks terrible. Although the carpet was supposed to get cleaned, it didn’t. We called for same day carpet cleaning in Garden Grove, and Dr. Carpet offered to be there in 2 hours. They did a great job and were very nice.

I was referred to Dr. Carpet (Garden Grove) by a woman who had them clean her white, antique carpet. She was very happy with the results so I figured if they could do a great job on her expensive carpet, they could do a great job on my average carpet. I ruled out all the coupon and discount carpet cleaners because of the horrible "bait and switch" reviews I had viewed on youtube.com. Richard from Dr. Carpet (Garden Grove) came over, looked at our carpet and gave us a fair price for our entire house. Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in quite a while and they really needed a good cleaning. I was not disappointed! Richard did a fantastic job, our carpets look much better than I had hoped for.
