        I made an appointment to stripe the parking lot and met with the salesperson to go over the plan. A date was set to perform the work and Sanders was a no-show. When I called the salesperson they were unaware that nobody showed up. Another date was set to stripe the parking lot, and again they were a no show. A third date was set to stripe the parking lot and this time they did show up, however the crew had no drawings or plan to stripe the parking lot. When I tried to call Sanders, nobody answered and nobody returned my call. I finally asked the striping crow to use their best judgment and they finished the job.
