Excellent customer service from the moment I contacted the company to the follow up after the service. The staff is competent, experienced and available to answer questions live before you even schedule a service call. The technician
arrived on time and equipped with all the necessary equipment to inspect, diagnose and repair on the spot. I highly recommend this company. Services: Freezer repair, Refrigerator repair

I contacted Coast Appliance through yelp and Edgar got back to me within minutes. He came out to my house 2 hours later to work on my fridge and got it working quickly. Great customer service. Fair pricing.

Have you been battling with the LG Settlement and looking for a reliable appliance service provider to fix your refrigerator?  Coast Appliance took care of us. After battling other companies and warranties, I called Coast Appliance and Jeanette took care of getting an appointment set up for us. Two days later, Edgar came out and was able to repair our refrigerator on the spot and took care of the LG Settlement paperwork. Jeanette and Edgar were very helpful.

This is the second time I have used Coast Appliance services, on two different appliances. And won't be the last. I highly recommend.  Edgar and maybe the secretary are both super friendly and helpful.  I'm anxious about strangers coming into my house and Edgar is someone trustworthy. Thank you

I was recommended to CAS and I'm here to recommend them to others, as well! To start off, Janelle (or is it Jeannette? and my apologies if I didn't get her name correct!) is THE NICEST AND SWEETEST PERSON EVER! She was so helpful on the phone and just very sincere. Have you ever spoken to someone who just sounds like they hate their job? Well she sounds like she wakes up with the sun beaming down on here from the moment she opens her eyes! :) CAS originally didn't have any openings for me and she recommended another technician in Tustin. However, she called me later with a cancellation for the next day, which I happily accepted. Then she called me shortly afterwards as they had a cancellation for the same day! Edgar came out in the afternoon and had the compressor on my LG fridge fixed in no time at all. The LG French door fridges are notorious for having their compressor go out and mine was no exception. Luckily, CAS said that mine could be replaced with just having to cover the labor for the repair. Edgar was helpful with my questions and very friendly. He was super clean and let me know what he was about to do with the repair before doing it. I can highly recommend CAS as honest, friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to ever call them again if needed!
