Northbound Treatment Center | Alcohol & Drug Rehab Orange County (Garden Grove)

I dont know where to begin with this place. My Husband went there for treatment. His treatment team started off as if they cared for him and his family. Northbound only cares when they need you. For example; My husband caught covid from this place which they only gave them one night in a hotel then wanted them to stay at a shelter for the other days. Luckily I had booked a room for my husband to stay in. A staff member from the facility zelled money to me for the other patients that were abandoned to stay in shelter to book a room. If I wasn’t in town because I do not reside in California who would have help them. In return I get the run around. My husbands treatment team informed me that he should be discharged on Dec 16. When I reached out to his case manger and therapist. They both gave me the run around. At this point I don’t even know his return date. Another thing is that this facility encourages husbands & wives to cheat on each other. It’s like this place only cares about the check. I’ve had to reach out to upper management and clinical team just to get in touch with him at times. When it’s a simple returned phone call. The team would give you their emails and phone numbers. But will not follow up with you. Unless they need you! It’s ridiculous at this point. I even heard from the other patients that the staff members are sleeping with their patients.

I went through the medical detox and residential treatment program at Northbound and had a life changing experience. This is by far the best substance abuse treatment facility in orange county (and all of California and the rest of the country). I love the staff. I can't express how much this place means to me. If I am ever down and out, I will reach out to Northbound for help and support and I know they will be there!

My substance abuse treatment in and time at Northbound was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was awesome and very welcoming and friendly! I would highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with drug addiction! I would like to thank everyone who was a part of my stay and say keep up the great work!

David gates was wonderful, I needed to check in for self care and he helped me with all my FMLA and disability. I am so grateful .. Craig Sterner was also very helpful when it came to answering any questions I had.
