        Great place to live. Managers and maintenance are super professional and helpful. Very respectful and courteous of all those renters needs and accomodations. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move.

        Rent is officially 1000 dollars to rent a space. Not worth it- this place is a disgusting roach infested park, outdated sewer infrastructure which frequently results in sewage waste flowing out of the gutters into a creek, which they clean up with dollar store bleach. Management is very unprofessional tries her best to not give a receipt to hide evidence of her lack of competency. Office is never open and she "bans" people from the office for asking for clarification.
