Very unprofessional. We paid $1000 for a photo session and during our time the owner took at least 20 phone calls. I would never recommend this place. response to owner: My girlfriend made the appointment it wasn't in my name, but you really do need to be more professional. Taking phone calls was really disruptive of our session. Just because you are "overwhelmed" by all the business you were getting that day was not our problem. Your apology didn't count after you kept taking calls.

We really enjoyed our experience with Sprouts. As someone who is not excited to get her picture taken, Renee put me at ease. Through our conversations before the process and during the shoot she provided me with the confidence I needed to just be natural. I love my pictures and I am excited to show them off. We have had many photos taken of our children at this studio. Love the photographer, Renee. She moves quickly (a MUST when dealing with small children), and her bubbly, warm personality really helps kids feel comfortable and puts them at ease. She captures moments, personal style and emotion in her shots. That she loves what she does really shows in each photograph. I love our pictures!

The pictures taken here are absolutely stunning. Unfortunately getting to view my proofs and getting my actual order has not been smooth at all. It took about a month before I received an email with a link to view my pictures. Then when I placed my order, I was told my order would be shipped out after the owner got back from vacation - which was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my order or even a phone call to follow up. To top it off, the price of the prints or even images on a CD are the most expensive I've seen.
