        I have been a patient of Dr Sidhu and her team since 2019. I am writing this review because I believe in and can attest to the top notch behavioral health services offered. Dr. Sidhu helped me with understanding mindfulness and taking responsibility for ones own mental healthcare. There is no magic pill or magic words to turn ones world instantly perfect. Dr. Sidhu is very knowledgeable and wise, she will put in as much work as the patient is prepared to commit to. The patient MUST DO THE WORK and learn to be present in the inner workings of their own life. It is a process, but it is worth it. Believe in yourself and believe in Dr. Sidhu.

        Not fit to be a psychiatrist. She wont answer simple questions and will talk over you. Rushes sessions and is extremely hostile. You would think a psychiatrist wouldnt be temperamental and hostile but she is. I highly recommend going somewhere and to someone thatll actually help you.
