Came here on a busy Sunday morning for the brunch.
We were seated quickly and got our beverages quickly too.
Food was fresh and so, so good!
There was 7 of us and none of us had any complaints!

Walked in for a few drinks with my girlfriend before a movie. The bartenders didn't even acknowledge us. We walked out even after the hostess apologized for the non-service. My girlfriend called the manager the next day to complain, and she offered us a free meal. We turned it down however. Sometimes you just want a drink and good service. Won't go back there!

We live locally & chose to visit for dinner tonight with my husband, my father & my mother. We entered to find a 15 min wait for seating & opted for the bar for "quicker" service. We waited for 20 minutes before even receiving a stop by greet. We realized the cocktail waitress was slammed & clearly not receiving any support from the rest of the team. There was no busser. We saw the manager pass through once, but she never checked in & we never saw her again. We did receive chips but when I ask the bartender for napkins, he flat out refused. He said he didn't have any. I ask no napkins? You don't have a bar rag or a cocktail napkin?! He did not want to give me a napkin, when I had spilled salsa on my hand & was awkwardly waiting for help. Other's who sat at the bar top after us received their meals & had almost finished eating before we received ours. We were literally standing up to leave without eating when our food finally showed up an hour later. My parents tacos weren't even warm. My food was just OK, but we were starving by this point. The MOD never stopped by to check on our table, I am sure after working in restaurants for 15 years she was aware there was a problem. Need I say the TV's were blaringly loud & I even work in a bar! Then the Kareoke started...even louder than the TV's. We will never return to any of your establishments. I don't need or Want anything. But I hope you will do something to fix this for yourself. Our server was very sweet & obviously felt bad. She was slammed & couldn't help it. But her bartender had a bad attitude & was just flat out rude. Who refuses to give a guest a napkin? Which after I returned to my seat, I noticed a stack of napkins not 2 feet from his reach. The lack of management was ridiculous.
