Dr. Williamson seems like a decent Vet. I am only giving her two stars because I felt as if she were flirting with my husband, and it made me uncomfortable. Her attire was a bit inappropriate and risqué with a tank top under her clinic jacket. She took care of our dog, but the whole visit was uncomfortable for me because of how she was dressed and how she was acting around my husband. I don't think we will be going back to her. She acts like she is interested in getting attention from men. I don't have a problem with that, but It's just not very professional. We saw her at Abby Pet, not at Waterhouse.

She did an ok job on my son's surgery on his dog. He normally sees Dr. Miskell but he had to work and since my day off was Friday Dr. Williamson was the only choice. She wouldn't come out and talk to me after the surgery. I never met her and don't even know who she is apart from her name. I asked to speak to the doctor because I had questions about the bill, why everything was on the high end of the estimate, and what exactly she did. I was told I would have to schedule an appointment if I wanted to speak with her and that there would be a charge for that. I was only trying to ask questions pertaining to the surgery. Dr. Williamson did an acceptable job on the surgery, but the whole clinic seems very commcerialized and impersonal when the doctor won't talk to the patients. I don't know why this doctor is listed under Waterhouse unless she works at more than one clinic. This doctor was at Abby Pet when I went there.

Apparently this Vet works at multiple hospitals. I guess I can see that she would have enough time to work at two hospitals based on how fast and sloppy her exams are. My boyfriend and I went to this same Vet over at Abby Pet, but considering she also works at Waterhouse, we certainly won't go there either. She is condescending and does not listen. I am the patient, I am paying, and I feel therefore the vet needs to listen to me. We could not work with Dr. Williamson because it's either her way or no way, and for that kind of money, I expect better service. She comes across as being the greatest gift to the field of Veterinary medicine, but she certainly leaves a lot to be desired. I expect the doctor to listen to my concerns and suggestions regarding our pet and not just tell me what to do. We found another vet and are happy there.

I have not been to Waterhouse Pet, but apparently Dr. Williamson works at multiple places. My boyfriend and I were passing through Fresno a while back (we do not live here) and his cat wasn't feeling well, so we stopped at Abby Pet. We were a walk in. After waiting around two hours, Dr. Williamson comes in and spends less than two minutes with us. We wait for two hours and she can't give us more than two minutes? The exam was a joke and we had to pay $45 just for the office visit! That's more than a lawyer or actually surgeon makes. It looks like there are multiple doctors that work at Abby Pet and Waterhouse (we have not been to Waterhouse). We do not live in Fresno, but if we ever come back and need to see a vet, we will certainly be sure To request a different vet! The reception at Abby Pet was rude also, so we don't plan to go back there. Like I said, I never went to Waterhouse. My boyfriend's cat was waited on by Dr. Williamson and she was terrible, so I am only reviewing the doctor, as I know nothing about this hospital. I feel upset that she was completely unhelpful, was condescending, and didn't even care. There are some bad doctors and some good doctors, she is not one of the good ones as she clearly didn't care based on her rushed exam.
