Fresno County Veteran Service Office

I cannot get ahold of anyone. I am calling all through business hours and nothing. Its hard enough for Veterans who are ready to seek help and this is another example of how difficult it is for us to get help.

I went in there to get assistance with paperwork I needed. Everyone in the office was helpful. It was my first time going there and they took the time to explain all of the services offered.

Absolutely love this office!! I have used their services and have directed many veterans there. I'm yet to hear anyone complain. They make doing your VA claim as painless as it gets. David Rose is the head their and if I ever need anything he's always been there to help. Absolutely love this office!

I have a vso here but this facility gives the worst service. They never answer the phones. Never call people back. Never answer emails. They dont help veterans. They are just getting paid by the county to pretend like they help veterans. Now when you call it doesnt even ring. Goes to a message with a lady talking and you cant leave a voicemail at all. This place is the worst and now they dont have vsos at the va either due to Covid-19. Ridiculous. I even tried to comment on their YouTube channel and comments are turned off. WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE BEING PAID WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS FRESNO COUNTY????
