If I could give them 0 stars I would. Employees are rude and stuck up, like you're bothering them. Worse at the Clovis location. Spray booths are always dirty and the result is not worth the money. They make you jump through crazy hoops to try and cancel your membership or get a refund. I would never do business with these people again. Believe me, you're better off with a $10 bottle of self tanner and a mit doing it yourself.

ZERO STARS !! This place is racist and so is the owner. I was given a room with a tanning bed that was broken and the next one they put me in was not wiped down !! Workers Kenzie and Dejah are extremely rude and not helpful. Worst place ever ! Adding to my review. They took it down. I am reposting it.

The owner is rude as he!! when you have a billing dispute. She actually hung up on me today after I sincerely thanked her. She is an incompetent and unprofessional business owner and the staff is poorly trained. Long lines. Bad vibes. They have ripped me off and many friends as well, I'm told.  The beds are nice but it WONT be worth it. Go anywhere else. You will thank me later. There is a reason they are the worst reviewed salon in Fresno. TRUST ME. You can tell just how much they care about their clients by the generic response to any yelp review. They care about resolving nothing lol

I want to start off by saying I don't usually write reviews. My wife has been going to this tanning Salon for I want to say a year. It was great at first but we have hit a couple bumps in the road so she wanted to downgrade. Every time she goes in to downgrade someone in there tells her to downgrade the 25th, but it's theres always a different issue no you already paid for next month or system is down. The customer service is great until they hear she wants to downgrade, now I'm paying for something that she is not able to use everyday and they wont let her downgrade. So she goes in today the 21 to downgrade before the 25th the system is down. So she can tan or downgrade. she asked if she should come back tomorrow or wait she got ignored and the representative started  talking to a customer that just walked in. So she apologizes for her not being able to tan but not completely ignoring her. Lastly my wife wants to see what she says to this next custOmer, representatives  proceeds to tell the customer that they can not tan as well but he never left. he proceeded to walk to the back. Im not one to leave a review but i have had enough with this repetitive  cycle of bad experiences every time we go to downgrade.
