I'm sad to be leaving a negative review because it's not my nature, but the past few months have been sub-par. For over a year, we were initially very happy with the company and about three months ago the service deteriorated greatly. Our pool consistently has algae, is no longer clear but cloudy and service has been inconsistent. I would also add that a few weeks ago, the tech let our two dogs out and it could have been a very bad situation as our large dog doesn't do well with smaller dogs. I have been in contact with the office several times over the past months and things have not improved so we will be looking for a new company.

Horrible service, no follow up and have been waiting on a call back for over a month. Pool is green.

I would have given 5 *, but twice they left my main gate and my pool gate wide open. A child could've wandered into my back yard and drowned in my pool. This could have destroyed me to my soul, as well as financially destroyed me. Also, my dog got out and could've been stolen. I pray they resolve this and take better care. Otherwise, I have no other complaints, they're normally very professional💯

I was really happy with the initial service and then communication just broke down. They said they checked out autofill multiple times but we just found out with our new service that the autofil valve was completely shut off. They didn't have anyone come out for 3 weeks and then lied multiple times about someone coming out and that we were on the schedule days I did get through to someone. They are now ignoring my calls. I was understanding at first and then I became frustrated as my pool got algae due to no service. Now I've recieved a full bill for a month of no service and they won't even return my calls to stop service. I understand staffing issues can occur but at least communicate with your clients. I've since gotten new service and am happy with their help. And while I was writing this I got a call clearing and closing my account. Still leaving this review so others can at least understand what may occur with their service. Service: Cleaning

Last few month I was not really happy with pool service because they don't clean pool really good 😭 and when I need service for something else I have to wait weeks for that and still waiting for it...😭
