Called Joe to inquire about changing providers for our alarm service (due to price and features). Joe was able to upgrade our system with additional features, and beat the old price! He was able to have the system installed 3 DAYS after the initial call and our system was up and running in a couple hours (thanks to the installer!) We are VERY happy with our system, its features, and his ability to help us out!. We appreciate his willingness, honesty, and ability to insure customer satisfaction, without compromising a customer's safety. THANKS JOE!!!!!! Bill F.

Joe and Stephanie are very professional and yet the nicest people ever ! They made sure to provide all the information we needed as well as very detailed explanation on how to us our new security system and alarm. We have been using it and loving it for the past 2 months. They made sure to let us know we can call them whenever there is an issue, although we haven’t needed it. We would strongly recommend them if you need a new alarm system for your home !
