It's past 8 at night. Is it standard practice for you to have people going door to door about solar and ring cameras?! Y'all send people almost twice a month. This is getting old so enjoy a one star review. I dont have a product or service from yall I am just tired of the door to door stuff. Especially at 820pm!

I have had thee worst experience with this company. It all started with one of their con man sales reps who rushed everything so fast we had people taking out my old system and installing a new system before we even had time to think. This sales person "Anwar Salinas" promised us we would be bought out of our previous Alarm / security company contract and that we had nothing to worry about. Well, here we are 4 months into our contract with Vivant and we still haven't been bought out of our contract leaving me paying for 2 different systems every month. I have talked to over 6 different reps each promising to resolve the issue and all failing. Now I am being told that we need a written statement from Mr Salinas ( sales rep ) but he has yet to return my phone calls or text messages. I have told several other reps this and they too tell me they cannot get ahold of the sales rep to confirm his promise. Even when I ask the reps why would I sing with Vivant when I had 2 years still left with my other company, it makes no sense that I would sign up for a new company without being promised to be bought out. With all that being said, I would definitely not recommend Vivant after seeing first hand how us customers are treated. So I am now looking for a new company that will buy me out of this contract with Vivant. Vivant will lose my home security business and we will not be hiring them for security over our restaurant which we were hoping to do. Words cannot describe my disappointment and frustration over this whole experience
