cis seems to only respond when i have psychotic episodes over the phone; they will patrol for a week and then the crimials/nightcrawlers will terrorize us after they stop coming we NEED them the most between midnight and 3 am

The management of this company is horrible, they are truly a "special" company. I would not recommend to work for this company especially for minimum wage. They do not care about your safety. Save yourself and choose a different option.

I was scheduled to work on my 4th day at Richs products. Before I got in the door, my trainer Terry didnt know I was going to be there. She didnt know she was training someone. She told me I should have never been there. She told me they should have never scheduled me. She told me those things over and over! She even told several of the employees at Richs that I wasnt vaccinated! All within 2 hours. She asked a lot of people for a face shield then told me it was for me. I was wearing a company hat, and a hairnet for this place. The face shield didnt fit with it and she said I needed to take my hair down and wear it. Then she said are you refusing and I left due to the treatment of her and I couldnt believe it. When I called to tell command center what happened they didnt want to hear it and said they couldnt do anything because Im not an employee anymore. They heard Terrys side and all she said was that I walked off!
