He had my hot water heater repaired almost before I had the trailer parked. Fast, reasonable priced and professional

I rented a travel trailer for 10 days over Labor Day and paid a nice price for rental plus a hefty deposit. Rental fee + deposit equals more than the trailer is worth. Now it's about 50days later, almost 2months and I'm waiting for my deposit to be returned. Of course I paid by credit card and I've been informed my deposit can only be returned by check and then mailed. So, here I am having to call this place every day and the owner will not return my calls. The person answering the phone says the owner is the only person who can issue+sign my check and he is never there. I'm so disappointed and being charged interest on my credit card.

I have rented an RV from A Class for a number of years. I highly recommend as they have always been awesome to work with and their RV's have been delivered timely and clean!

First time we rented, things went fairly well. I thought it was strange that they insisted I purchase insurance on the trailer, when I had already paid $500 extra for them to deliver, do all hookups and removal. Why would I need additional insurance when clearly I had no desire or intention of moving it. Our campsite was paid for the full week of our rental. It was $125 and I paid it. I was also coaxed into paying for extra propane which we didn't use and had been assured the excess would be credited back if unused but that didn't happen. Lastly, supposedly we broke a screen door latch handle. It had seemed faulty from the getgo but when you do a walk thru I really didn't recall specifically whether the latch was working. I doubted we broke it. We did not have small children with us. My 17 year old daughter that weighs 100 lbs wet, her boyfriend that plays the sax and has eczema on his hands and myself, a 59 year old woman. To keep the peace I paid to have the latch fixed. Second time renting - this is things went really bad. I had paid for my rental reservation in full (because I just like to so I don't forget or miss deadlines). I called the day before just to make sure everything was OK and re-confirm our reserved trailer. Well low and behold I was informed that no, we would not be getting the trailer I had meticulously picked out and paid for - months in advance. Gal told me we were being "upgraded" due to being great customers. The fakeness in her voice was all I needed to know the trailer would be a disappointment. Since it was the day before our trip I just had to lump it. There was no time to search for and secure anything else. I didn't even ask her which one (They have al their stuff on their website). I had too many things left to do and frankly I was almost sorry that I had called, but then again at least I was able to brace myself. I was pretty mad, especially since they never reached out. Had they explained the situation (maybe the one we selected had broken down? ) and offered an apology, it would have easier to accept. Since they did not, I can only surmise that they gave our reserved trailer to someone else and saddled us with something else. Their own contract states that they are to "offer" us options in these situations, but they did not. She lied and tried to sell it to me as an upgrade which was infuriating. Made the best of our trip that we could, but the trailer was definitely smaller and poorly made. I lacked key features that I had specifically wanted. The shower was for midgets, no privacy screens or curtains and the setting was nothing like the one we reserved, made by a completely different manufacturer. When we got back I reached out to same gal and requested a partial refund. Again, their own contract specifies that parties will be reimbursed in this manner if an inferior camper/trailer is substituted. She told me that we could receive a credit towards next years rental. HA ! After this treatment, as if I would ever want to rent from them again. So basically she gave us nothing.
