They are as RUDE AND JUDGEMENTAL AS A BUSINESS CAN GET. THERE EMPLOYEES SAID COME ON OVER I KNOW JUST WHAT YOU WANT AND I WILL HAVE IT WAITING FOR YOU WHEN YOU GET HERE. When I got there I was told by the same person I just talked to , we don't have anything you need and the parts department is not open for public business. I thought he was kidding and said you told me you new what I needed and you would have it waiting for me, he started mumbling that the Bank owns it now and we can't sell anything to you for that Motorhome. Before I walked in l noticed him acting like he was going to make him self vomit as he was pointing my Motorhome out to the people who were next to him. It's an old one but it WILL WITH NO DOUBT OUTLAST ANY OF THE MOTORHOMES THEY HAVE. I CALLED AND ASKED FOR HIM THE NEXT DAY PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE ELSE AND I WAS TO

My wife and I were very Happy with R.V.Outlet.The sales personell were very helpful.We got a great deal on a used 5th wheel.We live in the Bay area,It was worth the drive to Fresno.Will Barreno (I hope I spelled that right)was making me laugh thru our shopping experience! Bob Brewer, owner of RV Outlet is a fraud. He'll smile to your face, shake your hand, sign a contract, then blatantly lie, intimidate and ignore you when he's caught. Three times in 2012, we went to court in Fresno to settle our matter. Three times, Superior Court Judges ruled in my favor - Case #12CESC00785. He was ordered to pay $1850.00, which he has vowed never to do. He also vowed to sue me if I published this information. Apparently Bob didn't realize that court hearings are public record and are available to anyone who inquires. He is currently in collections - ACT out of Visalia. If Bob is willing to disregard Superior Court Judges, what will he do with your complaints and issues? DO NOT TRUST BOB BREWER or the people that work under his direction at RV Outlet. There are plenty of other RV dealers out there nearby. Why take an unnecessary chance.
