The server Melissa R. Is by far the worst host I have had to deal with. Mainly because she puts people on hold for anywhere between 10minutes and 1 hour. Twice my wife has called to place a pickup order and both times Melissa has been working she has been put on hold. The first time we were put on hold 6 times(that the amount of times we called before coming in and seeing maybe 4 table of people and still being told that she is too busy) the second time was just today. I went to get my wife some food after work and she had to wait on hold til I got to the restaurant. She has no care for the customers unless your dining in(where she has a chance yo make tips I'm sure) love the food, love the restaurant buy hate the server. Maybe she just needs to be working in a group instead of solo. Adding to this a year later and the same person is doing the same things. Got left on hold on a Saturday afternoon for 8 minutes and the full length of the drive there, just to walk into a building with 1 guy at the bar and the servers standing around the phone the were refusing to answer. Thought by now they would have their servers be a bit more professional.
