Too disappointed at one employee (possibly wife of the owner or co-owner). Didn't know how to apply points to pay for my lunch. Somewhat demanded I pay cash. I wanted to use my points so I said not interested in paying cash. She snatched the sandwich away. Most likely it is going in trash. Should have given me the sandwich since I spent some time in a line & it's not my fault you don't know your job so there is no waisting food since there are many homeless, hungry people. "I don't know I just work here" mentality displayed. Learn all aspects of your job before you begin customer service.

The lady was on the phone the whole time she took our order so made the sandwiches wrong. Kicked us out at 6pm even though the sign says they close at 9pm. And the steak in the steak and cheese sandwich smelled and tasted spoiled so we threw it away :/ Never coming back to this Subway

So I went to subway and i ordered a cold cub combo. The subway employee put disgusting meat in my sandwhich it was two toned half looking ok and have looked like it was bad it was two toned. i told the employee and she first covered it up saying it was the way it was toasted but hesitantly replaced it keeping the same bread.as if that wasnt bad enough right before she finishes up the employeee lets out a huge sneeze spreading germs then hands it to me. i paid and ended up throwing the sandwhich in the garbage just pathetic disgusting i will never eat there ever!
