I was contacted by IT Assets Buyback to enquire as to whether I had any equipment that needed disposing of safely and securely. It was great time timing as I did literally that week have items that needed to be disposed of and wasn't sure of the best way and this communication helped out. The service received was excellent with collection of the items being arranged in an efficient manner. The collection was handled professionally, was pleasant and courteous too. Working for a large company we have had a lot of Old IT which needed to be taken away due to a refresh of equipment.
We have used Revive a number of times now. We call them up and they give us a time and date and they are there on time.
I have dealt with the same person every time we have needed a pick up and the tech has always been 100%. Very polite and a nice guy to get on with. I have no issues at all.
