These guys were so helpful and knowledgeable! I brought in some low-res images that I wanted to print as best as I could and while the pictures aren't perfect, they were totally understanding and did everything they could. They brought me in the back to their workstations and had me judge the quality for myself before they printed anything, and they even did some Photoshop touch-up for free! And it was still only a couple dollars!

They advertise 1 hour photo development. On their website, they say "Get traditional 35 mm Color Prints back in one hour! Bring in your film and get beautiful color prints back in only one hour! We're happy to develop your memories in a timely manner. We color-correct every frame to make your pictures the best they can be!" and "We develop and print true 35 mm, 120 & 220 black and white film!". I called them asking how much it would cost me to get two rolls of 35mm film developed, using the phone number provided on their website. I was told "We don't develop film anymore, we haven't done that in some time." Why advertise you do it if you really don't? Not impressed at all. I had a friend of mine call the next day with the same question, since I hadn't had time to tell him what I heard. The person on the phone just replied "Not anymore", then hung up on him. Pretty bad customer service as far as I'm concerned. False advertising and bad customer service? Bad combination. I don't care what services they have left, I wouldn't go to these people for anything.
