This is family owned small business that provides excellent fitness inspiration and training to their clients. My wife and I have been clients of Inspire Fitness and Nick Otero for the past 6 years. I cannot say enough about or recommend more, Inspire Fitness and owner/certified trainer Nick Otero. In 2019 I was coming from a place of not enjoying going to the gym. I didnt like the crowds and would make excuses not to go. I needed to make a life change and was referred by a friend to Nick. I met with Nick and visited his gym and gave it a shot. It was a personalized one on one session. My main goal was to gain strength and develop a healthy fitness regimen while being held accountable. I had 2 standing appointments, each week and Nick not only showed me how to workout safely, he also made it fun. Mid-March when Covid-19 hit, Nick never skipped a beat and quickly offered his clients Virtual Workouts via ZOOM. I was so impressed to experience truly great workouts via ZOOM. In a "work from home", "homeschool", "shelter in place world", the convenience of a personal trainer, in your livingroom, backyard or in-home gym has been priceless. Healthy habits are even more important these days, than ever before and Nick has made it easy to keep me moving in the right direction. Nick puts his clients first, always. He takes the time to get to know you, he checks in on you to ensure each and every client gets the results they are looking for. He has a terrific attitude and makes each workout fun and interesting. No two workouts are the same, but the quality of your fitness routine never waivers. Nick and Angie are always looking at the whole body and how it works together. It is not just about the exercise, but the strength training and making sure you are doing each exercise the correct way. I highly recommend inspire fitness!

The trainers will keep you honest about your goals. Nick will challenge you in a good way. If you meet your goal then the he will continue to push you to become stronger mentally and physically. He does love burpees but they do the body good.

I cannot believe how much Nick has helped me gain strength, tone and become so much healthier! I am forever grateful and appreciate when the virus hit this year how he has been doing zoom with us. My husband and I are thankful.
