The staff was super friendly. Janice the nurse practitioner was amazing. She was great with my son. She answered all our questions and made us feel like she really cared about our son. I really recommend them to anyone who needs a pediatrician.

Dr Maddela if I was only rating her would get 10 stars, but, because of her staff, specifically the office manager i can only give this office 1 star, the lowest possible. I took my child in for a referral, and got one, and then 2 months later I got a bill from that Dr office, apparently I was referred to an office that was not covered by my insurance. Now this is were it gets good, when I called to ask about how is this possible I was told "...It is my responsibility to check to see if the new office takes my insurance..." so shame on me. So I get stuck with the $520 worth of bills from the new Dr. Which I paid. When I inquired about my insurance with them I was told that the referral said "CASH CUSTOMER". It appears to me that no one even checked on my insurance and coverage, just refer, not their problem. Wait, before the referral I was asked to contact my provider and change some things, I did as asked, and still got a bill. In 30+ years of dealing with Drs, I have never had to check up on whether or not its covered. The Office Manager has completely broken my trust and confidence in handling the behind the scenes of this office and paperwork.
