Western dental service is very inconvenient and unprofessional! My daughter had an appointment this morning and we went there and the paper said that they were closed. They didn't notify us that they were closed so my daughter missed some of school for nothing. Terrible service!!!

We had an incident on a Friday night where my son broke a molar in half, they were the only place that we could find open on a Saturday to see him. The dental assistant who took his xrays was super nice, my 9 year old said he was great. Once we got in the room we were told he would need an extraction it was a baby tooth and it needed to be removed to avoid damage to the permanent molar. I asked what their protocol was for extractions and then they told me i could not be in the room with him. That was a big NO for me. I asked if i could stay with him since he has medical trauma that he is working through with a therapist and i would hate to have a regression on his progress. They told me that it was policy to not allow parents in the room for patients 2 and older. Which sounds absurd to me! We left and waited for Monday morning to be seen by his regular dentist & would never go back to this place.
