Lisa and Rick were great! This was a difficult one having 3 owners and two of them were out of state. Had to scramble to get two title companies and still closed one day earlier than the original close date. They are awesome! I would recommend them anytime!

Lisa and Rick Rios assisted my father with the sale of his home during the most challenging time for our family. From the moment we first met with the Rios, they demonstrated incredible empathy. They understood what needed to be done and guided us through the entire offer and sale process. They are extremely knowledgeable of their market and what was required in order to expedite the sale of my father's home. My family is forever grateful for all they did for us in our time of need.
