The 2nd review on Google is Teddy Lara, Owner Ray Lara's son so please take that with a grain of salt. I placed an order and gave a deposit to Teddy Lara on 7-19-16. Their product looked spectacular at the July Fresno Home Show. At the show they seemed like a great bunch of family oriented people. Teddy came to my home and I ordered 3 security screen doors and provided a check. As of today 12-8-16 I am still waiting for the doors. We have called the number they have on the invoice and dad Ray Lara answers and says he will have Teddy call me. The State Contractors license is registered to Ray Lara. We have completed online searches of the Brothers Wrought Iron business after the fact and found that they don't deliver as promised.
Thank goodness when attending Law School the most important thing I got out of it was, always get a contract and receipt which we did. If I don't hear from them withing the week about a refund we unfortunately will have to go to court. I hope that doesn't happen.
The quality of the product seems great, its the service that I have issue with.
