The receptionist is friendly and helpful. The doctor on training is ok, the Hepatologist is caring, supportive and knowledgeable.

Horrible customer service. They scheduled me out 2 months for a new patient appointment. I get a call today with the appointment 2 weeks from now saying it needs to be rescheduled because it itinially was made on a day the doctor isn't even there, and the next closest appointment is another 2 months from now. While talking to the office assistant to reschedule I was explaining my frustration and to see if there is anything that could be done and was hung up on. I'm sure the doctors here are great but the office assistants are horrible and unprofessional.

Frt ofc rescheduled appt to telehealth rather than in person visit, but I later found out it appears as cancelled on billing info. Drs Ofc kept sending auto reminders to cel text for appt., repeatedly. When I contacted reception they thought it was pre registration text though I had already completed and electronically sent as requested. I had to give info again via phone then I was sent link for telehealth appt. I recieved a Appointment Missed email the next day. When I called Drs receptionist was hung up on! I was attempting to verify that I would not be receiving a missed appt fee since the appt was completed via telehealth. The appt status window read, left without seen. Receptionist was unclear and wouldnt connect me to billing or give me contact info. Though that is what I requested, instead she hung up on me! Throughly unprofessional and apparently not knowledgeable on how to handle questions and requests to clarify their automated system and billing questions. I followed up by researching other sources to answer my billing concerns, otherwise I wouldve been worried that I would be receiving errant billing.
