Never have I dealt with someone so unprofessional. She should take some courses on ethics and business practices. I contacted Irene in June 2020 in regards to renting a backdrop, rustic table and linen for September baby shower. In early August my daughter and I went by the shop to look at the items and give deposit. To our surprise she had sold the items we were going to rent from her because she was closing down her business. Mind you she never called or texted me about this. She offered to substitute with other items of which we agreed on. On August 25, I had not heard from her so I texted her asking for the invoice with the items we spoke about along with total amount due. Her response was I am out of town will text you back on weekend of August 29. Well guess what I my event happened and never her back from this woman! I was able to a vendor out of town that had the same items I originally wanted. If this is how she runs business then I am not surprised she had to close down. To ALL take your business elsewhere since she is still operating from home according to her.
