For anyone else that would even consider this insurance, I'd say NO! LOOK AT THERE SATISFACTION WITH THE CUSTOMERS, they only have 2 stars out of 5, that's a joke! This is the 4th time they have screwed me over! I'm beyond livid and I will be the one to post everywhere and call above and beyond to get satisfaction because this place is a JOKE!!!

I sent in a claim for a new phone as my phone was stolen. I selected my exact phone model/storage. They denied my claim immediately as they said I put in 256GB instead of 64GB. I have a confirmation email from when I submitted the claim that clearly states 64GB. I have been on and off the phone with them for 3 days asking for them to review the claim and they keep telling me it will be 3-5 days because I "submitted the wrong information" before they make a decision, but it only took them hours to DENY the initial claim? They are just trying to make it so difficult to get a replacement that I just go in and buy a brand new phone. They have been very unhelpful and rude throughout this entire process and I still do not know if they are going to replace my stolen phone even though I've been paying $10 a month for insurance for 10+ years.
