        These people are terrible. As a medical professional who has worked with hundreds of insurance companies, this has been the most unprofessional one I have worked with. If you are an employer, do not pick this one as your managed care company. I have placed 27 phone calls collectively with them over the past month- care managers, supervisors- everything- with no calls back. When I do get a live person to talk to they always say these people are going to call back and they never do.

        It's shitty insurance, I don't recommend it, we have it at work, and it refuses to pay for the dances...be careful, they're going to waste your money.
