Do NOT buy a hot tub anywhere else! Andy, the owner, and his staff went above and beyond during the entire process. Upon delivery I was having electrical line issues. Not only did Andy diagnose the problem he went on to help fix it as well, even using some of his own parts. I can't thank them enough! Best service, extremely professional and friendly in my opinion its not going to get any better than Homecrafters!

I honestly have no idea how they have any positive ratings. Andy is such an unpleasant arrogant SOB. Dont buy the spa if it is not on hand during this pandemic. He will lie to you that he will have it within a few weeks and once he has your money, he will completely forget about you. And then I find that he promised the end of May when the reality is that nothing is coming in until at least November... when I found out he lied about delivery, we cancelled. Dont waste your time with this less than professional, arrogant wannabe businessman.

The customer service was perfect from the start of my shopping for the spa and all the way through to delivery. My dogs ate my spa cover and I was quickly given all the information to replace it..... and the price was very reasonable.
