        Know going in you're buying returned merchandise and it is a gamble on the quality of the item. Even though its returns it can still be brand new items as you never know why someone might return something. Only issue I've had is when items are mislabeled. Bought a "king" mattress which ended up being a queen and a "recliner" that was a normal chair. Otherwise out of everything I've bought from them thus far about 80% has been in good working order.
