this grout guy came out to clean and seal our kitchen tile. he did a horrible job, did not clean the grout. but he hounded us to be paid !!  he swore up and down that at was better...the floor was worse than he found it.

We were quoted $315 to clean grout and make an approx 12 inches of grout replacement. He was at my house on his hands and knees using liquid grout cleaner and a wire brush that resembles a toothbrush. He was there 1 hour and did not clean the grout. I used a butter knife to lift some dirt showing him the color difference. He argued at me, YELLING at me saying that the grout was clean. I asked him to stop yelling but he got louder. I asked him to leave. He called my husband and told him he wanted to get paid and that I was rude to him. He settled on getting $225 for a job he did not do. If I could give him a minus 5 stars I would. Totally unprofessional. Service: Repair flooring

Craig is very professional and trustworthy. I had very ugly grout that I tried to color myself and it turned up such an eyesore. I called Craig and he was able to fit me in ASAP. He was understanding about my job hours and worked with me, he was on time and even called to confirm the day before. He gave recommendations for grout color which turned out amazing. What once was an ugly looking floor turned to a beautiful new grout, my home looks brand new. Thank you Craig! I highly recommend this business.

Cleaned shower and am disappointed with results.
Did not clean up grout repair. Left it sloppy. Had to go back and clean tile and bottom of shower ourselves. Should have just done the cleaning and new grout ourselves. Waste of money.
