I called Mold Solutions to remove mold from water damage caused by a leaking bathroom drainage pipe. The leak was inside a wall and had been active for some time. However, it had just recently become visually noticeable. Jonathan came over to inspect the damage and assess the situation. He is an incredibly friendly and affable person, very patient and meticulous. I was very impressed with his top-end equipment, how quickly he found the water damage and to the extent to which it had permeated the wall, staircase and parts of a basement workroom. He explained to me how the equipment functioned and found all the affected areas. He discussed in detail how the process of removing the mold works as well as how long it would take. He gave me a very accurate quote and began work immediately. The areas of the wall that had to be removed was done so with precision. The cuts to the wall were expertly executed and with care. They looked like they had been done with a laser, very impressive considering the surface of the wall is plaster. The mold was fully contained, chemically treated and removed. Jonathan's work is impeccable, his professionalism is outstanding and his work ethic stands alone. I found his personal and professional traits to be so rare these days especially with contractors. I dont write many reviews but I felt compelled to do so with how well Jonathan completed the work. I would highly recommend Mold Solutions to anyone. It is a very professional operation.

I had mold in my attic and hired Mold Solutions to do the remediation. They provided a reasonable estimate and could do the work quickly when other companies were higher priced and could not schedule the work for almost a month. Jonathan discovered the cause of the mold which was a roof leak. They completed the work with within two days. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to hire them again if I have another mold problem.

I had a mold problem in my home that was undiscovered for years because it was behind the wall paneling, moisture was coming in through the walls from the yard. I selected Mold Solutions to do the mold remediation because of their knowledge, professionalism and cost. I was amazed at how clean the job was and would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend this company for any mold issue.
