        Had my third service from him and as always very courteous, prompt and on time. Called him around 5 pm Friday afternoon and he called me back within the hour. He was available Saturday morning but I was not. He arranged to be there at 8 am Sunday before he had a family engagement and was done replacing springs within 30 minutes. That is what I consider a Professional!

        8 months after i had springs replaced the garage door was having a hard time opening. Called Steve's and never got a call back. Had another company come out. The springs that were installed were not the right ones. The door opener was doing the work the springs should have. Very disappointing

        Steve gave us a great price that was roughly a 3rd of what his competitor quoted. He came to assess and gave us options for repair pricing vs. Replacement. I highly reccomend him for any repair or replacement work that's needed.
