Office says it closes at 5:00 however I arrived before 5:00 and the door was locked. Staff in front said they were gone for the day so they should update their hours. They also stop taking calls at 4:00 which is odd.

DON'T GO HERE!!!! She "checked" My New born when born @St. Agnes said everything was fine and I voiced my concern that I felt my baby couldn't breathe. She said he was fine, never once said she heard a wheezing. Took my baby to his first wellness check with DR. MIRANDA right away he asked if the doctor that had seen him at hospital had mentioned anything about the loud wheezing in his heart. NARALA MADIREDDY MDS not once mentioned any concern. My son has gone through open heart surgery for VSD repair. Now this Dr Narala is trying to charge me for a service she never performed, I have asked for a phone call and no response from DR. I don't want to hear from staff it's the doctor's responsibility to call on a concern like this. Blessed to have DR Raymond Miranda@central valley pediatrics he has done an amazing job with all my children's care! All 3 of my children love him and he is amazing!

Dr. Madireddy was the pediatrician on call at the hospital when my son was born. A year after his birth, I received notification in the mail that I had an outstanding bill with Narla and Madireddy MDs, and since I had not taken care of the balance, it was now going to a third-party collections agency. I called the billing manager, Michelle, to get more information, because I had never received any communication from them before this letter. She was rude and unhelpful, claiming she had tried to contact me on multiple occasions regarding my outstanding bill. When I asked why all of this wasn't sent to my insurance provider, she said they did not have my son's name on file and so tried to bill the insurance as "baby boy" but it was rejected without his legal name. She claimed that since I did not provide their office with my son's name, they couldn't resubmit it to the insurance. Again, the only time I had ever had any contact with Dr. Madireddy was at the hospital immediately after my son's birth, and was never contacted by the office. By this point, it was over a year since his birth and too late to file another claim with my insurance.I have spent the past 5 months dealing with my insurance and the collections agency. According to my insurance provider, Narla and Madireddy MDs are an in-network provider, and should have never billed me directly or sent my account to a collections agency. This office lied about contacting me for my son's information, was completely rude and unhelpful in dealing with this issue in a timely manner, and is totally incompetent in handling insurance claims properly.
