Was very disappointed with my 2 last dental appointments. When I first started coming to this dentist I was very happy. I was coming from a previous dentist that seemed to push treatments I've never been told I needed before. Dr. NAKASHIAN told me my teeth were beautiful and sent me on my way. The next time I went in I had full x-rays, an exam and cleaning. After the cleaning my teeth looked worse then when I went in. They were rough feeling and had white gunk in between my gum line. MARLA the hygienist was rushing thru the cleaning and was pretty rude. Dentist did a quick look and sent me on my way. The front desk looked me up and down also when I left. Looking at my teeth at home I could see a cavity on one of my easy to see teeth. How could they miss it? And what else did they miss. Don't know why they are in business if they just want to go thru the motions to make the money. I get regular check ups to keep my teeth healthy and beautiful. I don't need someone getting paid good money lying to me and giving me bad service.

I would definitely recommend this dental office. They got me in the same day. Were super helpful on directions to get there I guess gps scrambles the address and takes you else where. Once I walked in it was a very cute office with a fireplace a few cozy decorations and such a sweet staff. Everyone there was great from the receptionist, dental assistant and dentist. We all even chatted a little about ozark which immediately made me like them . But seriously I had been in some pain for over a week and I had called other dentist office and none could get me in for a few days to weeks away. I was in and out of their office in about an hour and that includes filling out my new patient papers, X-rays, the shot to numb the area and physically look and drill and get me a temporary filling while we wait for my insurance to approve a route canal. I was so relieved that I walked in with excruciating pain and left with a numb and fixed tooth, jaw and tongue. I also want to express I am someone who asks a lot of questions and even calls to ask questions after to make sure I am following the instructions properly and they answered every question and never once made me feel like a nuisance for calling with more questions. Making my fianc an appointment next I should also mention I had high anxiety about coming in dentist visits get me stressed out but they have made the experience so much better.
