Very rude poor customer service

These people called me & I don't have anything going on in any court. Later they said it is for my 27 year old son. I want to know why they are calling my phone for my son? At this point when they mail a bill and prove what is going on I will deal with it, until then it a scam.

I received a phone call with no clarification about who the hell this company is or what it does; telling me to verify personal information. I refused to do so until I was told exactly who was asking for it. I was told "I just told you - GCservices" and then hung up on. All the scam calls that go out and the guy on the phone couldn't just tell me it's a collections Agency for Fresno court? Telling me the company name does not tell me what you do. Why should I trust you with my personal information when you get angry and start in with an attitude when I ask for further clarification? Absolutely flabbergasted. The only reason why I gave three stars instead of one is because when I called back and spoke to somebody else, despite how heated I now was after the last interaction, she was very patient, apologetic for her co-worker and helpful.
