Excellent service! Came on time as agreed, changed out a 4-6 year old Home Network that was spotty. I had purchased a new ASUS Router and 2 nodes. He installed it in no time. Having a Home Office, I couldn't afford to make a mistake and be down. Would strongly recommend.

It was time for a serious update of our home office equipment including computer and printer so I started my research to find a reputable company to assist me.  I did not want the typical "big box" service as I needed a more customized approach to meet our needs.  I did my due diligence and read every review off of numerous sites including Next Door, Google and Yelp.  One company stood out with their consistent positive reviews and that was Central Valley TechCare.  I reached out via email and received an answer soon after (same day).  This was my first sign that this would be a positive experience because of the fast, clear communication.  I briefly described in my email the issues we were having.  I made an appointment and on the day of the appointment Yemi (owner) showed up right on time.  I left Yemi to do an assessment and it did not take long for him to present me with our options.  There was no "up sell" or pressure whatsoever.   Yemi was very clear and presented very affordable options.  He even suggested some options to try to salvage my printer but we opted to go with a newer model with more features and no more messy cartridges!  Yemi listened carefully and took notes as I shared with him our specific needs and wants and of course, budget.  I told him to use his expertise to get what we needed.  I can't begin to describe what a relief this was to me not to have to go out and do research on printers.  We had complete confidence in Yemi.   He explained the next steps to me and as it turned out, we did not need a new computer as we thought but he did an upgrade and data migration for us instead.  He assured me that we would be very happy with the speed and performance of the upgrade.  In a few days, Yemi texted me the cost for the new hard drive.  I was pleasantly surprised!  And to think I was going to go get a new computer!   A day or two later he texted me about the printer.  Again, another pleasant surprise!  Once everything was delivered to Yemi, he came back out and got everything all set up for us.  The speed on the computer is incredible and the printer is amazing!!!!!  My husband was thrilled!!!!  Everything looked exactly the same so all of our programs and desktop applications were there.  No learning curve whatsoever which was important for us having zero tech ability.  Now let me say a few things about Yemi.  Yemi is a first-class professional.  His communication skills are outstanding.  He has that old school work ethic meaning he does exactly what he says he is going to do.  He is very patient and listens carefully to what you say.  He understands how to explain very technical processes in simple terms.   For me, I can be overwhelmed by technology but Yemi made us feel so comfortable.  He is a man of kindness and integrity....and he knows his stuff!!!  During our interactions I found out that Yemi also does consulting for businesses and organizations.  So, his knowledge goes far beyond just setting up a home computer.  His pricing is very, very fair and for the service you receive, the value is tremendous.  I have put Yemi on my speed dial and I know that for whatever tech needs I have, he will be my go to.  Thank you Yemi!!!
