I took my cell phone in on a Thursday morning to get the screen fixed, they did not have the part (because I have an LG) so I put down a $100 deposit and was told the part would be ordered and it would be done by Monday or Tuesday by the tech. I go in on Tuesday to get my SIM card to see if I can use it on an older phone (I am self-employed and need my phone for business)and was again told it would be done that day or tomorrow(Wednesday) latest. Do not hear back from Sartech at all Wednesday, so I call Thursday morning and they say it will be done by that afternoon. Get a call that afternoon the wrong part came in and they can't fix the phone, they will have to order the right part for the phone. By that point I wanted nothing to do with this process anymore so I went back and to get my broken phone and original $100 deposit. Wasted an entire week without fixing my phone and on top of that not a single "sorry about that" when I picked up my deposit and broken phone. Extremely unprofessional, non-communicative, and didn't really seem to care he couldn't fix my phone or that it was a burden for me. I will never go back here nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else.
