Purchased four commercial washers and dryers for a large Campground/Marina Resort on the Delta from Alco Business in Fresno CA. The purchasing process went flawlessly. The install crew did a fantastic job and the site was cleaned before they left. Salesman TRACY coordinated the process and follow up afterwards to make sure we were happy! We’ve been calling them to service our washers and dryers for many months now. They are horrible to leave us without working machines. We have a total of 7 washers. 5 out of order. We have 8 dryers 4 leave clothes wet. Our management office has been calling them. Tenants have called them too. Bottom line is they don’t care but have time to upgrade the instant apps posting signs in our laundry room but....we only have 2 working washers? I’m considering getting another laundry service to come in and take over. I’ve lived here for 10 years and the washers and dryers never work right and same washers since I’ve been here never replaced. Oh if you read this get down here and fix our machines ASAP. We recently purchased a commercial washer and dryer for our dog rescue. This company was wonderful to work with from the sales representatives to the install team to the service techs. Pricing was more than fair, install was done on day scheduled with complete clean up of the area. The washer needed a minor adjustment and this was taken care of in a timely manner. Service techs came at the time promised and were professional and knowledgeable. Same experience as others. Take weeks to service. Our hospital can't go without laundry and this company is NOT for commercial needs. We are looking for competitor to switch to.
