Very poor costomer service

Came into the store to switch the account to another person's name, 4 people were at the counter as we walked in, only 1 asked what we needed help with and when we told him, guy with short hair and black frame glasses, he said we needed to call Tmobile and that they couldn't change any of that in store. We have done this before in the past and had done it in store and as we told him he said that all he can do is tell us how it is done Now in store but that he could call the number for us on their phone and we could do that. Have been on the phone for approximately 30 minutes already with no other offer of any help and all younger people just wandering around or looking at their phone. Not a very professional nor friendly place. The store itself is clean though.
