i believe this may be the worst car wash experience ive ever had left dark streaks on the side of my car from what I could only assume would be from a dirty towel, and there was soap left around the bottom of the car. the only upside was the air freshener they gave us i will never be back & i will make sure to warn others too..

For having such a beautiful building an inviting atmosphere the service is terrible! So many spots mess on the right hand side of my vehicle, it looks like the guy had no initiative to do a good job and just got my vehicle wet. I was on my way to a wedding, parking what I thought was a clean vehicle near the front entrance to the venue, as I walked away a friend of mine said who washed your car a 3year old. I turned around looked at the terrible job that Crews magic 100% hand wash did not, very happy! Service: Auto detailing

***Edit*** So unprofessional, employees at the tire cleaning area let their friends do what they want and park how they want, friends cars parked half way in each parking spot. They allow them to take product and towels, take there time and clean their cars & tires. May I add they use tons of product to clean their cars. Had to wait forever to have my tires cleaned. Front person (Michaela) that takes payment scans membership, is very rude and runs off and doesnt even let you tell her what you need or scent of air freshener you want. Needs to calm down with that angry face and bad mood. Im paying for the most expensive membership. This person should not be working here if shes not wanting to work or interact with customers to meet their needs. I had to yell 4 times excuse me and ignored me, I know she heard me because she turned on the 4th time she turned around annoyed and had a mad face. Do better, seriously.
