I've to switched to Central Sierra Insurance Company awhile back and have been extremely pleased with their customer service and coverage options. Their rates were very competitive and they were able to tailor a policy that met my specific needs. I appreciate that their customer service is customer-friendly, and it's easy to manage my policy though my phone.
I've been a customer for almost a year now and have never been disappointed. Their rates are affordable and their coverage options are comprehensive. Whenever I have had to interact with their service team, they've been respectful and helpful. They even proactively reach out to me with helpful tips and suggestions for keeping my car safe and reducing my risk of accidents. I highly recommend Central Sierra Insurance Company for their excellent service and value. Aswell as a special thanks to Lucia for helping me throughout the entire process of getting covered, answering any of my questions regarding anything coverage realated and generally being flexible with my specific coverage needs with Central Sierra she's a big help. Thank you.
