        Body work took 3-4 weeks longer than and cost 1000s more than the original estimate. Bob Woods told me the car would be broken down within days of dropping off my vehicle. I then found out it took 3 weeks to even touch my car. During that time I was paying for a rental car. Also, very difficult to get ahold of and get updates. Would not go back. Just to respond to the owners reply. This has nothing to do with part delays or deductibles. My rental car came out of my pocket. My car sat untouched for 3 weeks, then the car was broken down to see the full damage. Only then were additional parts ordered. The parts were all received within 2 weeks of order. Took my car in on Feb 14 and it was broken down until Mar 4. This was poor customer service. Nothing to do with supply chain.
