Called in to make sure I can get an appointment. 12/15 whoever is working the desk was very incompetent. Wasted my time. Made no efforts to make any sales or give good customer service. This is how youll lose thousands in revenue is because of people like Pedro.

I just got a quote from them online then called in to see if I can just come in or if I need to make an appointment or something the guy said no I can just come in. I show up and first thing they say is that's not a quote even though it has quote on it in two different places and that they don't have the tire now and they'll have to get it shipped in. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time when I could have been told that when I called. Next time I'll just go with Costco.

I called made an appointment. I dropped it off on time. got it back right away. had 2 tires and an alignment done on my daughters car. great value. service writer was very professional and did a great job. recommend these guys to everyone.
